Peterson/Griffin Architects, Ltd. was responsible for the development of the master plan for a full service adult community. Phase I, a 164 bed nursing home and waste water treatment plant was completed in 1991. Future phases will feature a 100 unit congregate care apartment complex and a 160 unit attached residential condominium community.
