Main Street at Exton is a 300,000 s.f. retail mall within 13 distinctly different architectural style buildings in a town center setting. The pedestrian activity is centered around a main street concept with limited vehicular traffic and on-street parking. The retail buildings have entrance access from both the main street and major parking fields. Major tenants include Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy and Pier 1 Imports. SGA was responsible for all building design and several major tenant fit-ups.
