Iron Mountain

PGA was the lead professional on this building expansion for Iron Mountain, a leader in the records storage industry. PGA coordinated structural foundations, framing, fire protection, fire alarm, electrical, plumbing and mechanical disciplines as well as the storage racking system which created over 3 million storage box positions for this client. This 100,000 s.f. addition abutted an existing building with more than 357,000 s.f. of warehouse capacity with multiple levels of storage racking. PGA was involved in several renovation projects throughout the existing facility while the addition was under construction. A strong client relationship coupled with leadership and experience allowed multiple projects to be completed on time and on budget.
