Leningrad Mixed Use Complex

Prior to the restructuring of the Soviet Union, SGA developed conceptual plans for a large mixed use project in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg), Russia. The complex was to include a suite style hotel, a conventional hotel of 1,200 rooms, a shopping mall, office tower, convention center and casino. The entire development was intended to serve western interests doing business with the Soviet Union.
