Pizzi Farm is a distinctive residential community located on the site of a family farm in Waltham, Massachusetts. The master plan retains part of the farmlands as meadows and the ponds as open community space. There are 136 units of luxury housing situated on 34 acres, resulting in a low density of 4 units per acre. The units range in size from 1,400 s.f. to 2,200 s.f. with basements.
