PGA's general services typically include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil and kitchen design. As a part of basic architectural services, PGA provides five phases of services; Programming/Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase, Construction Documents Phase, Bidding/Negotiation Phase and Construction Administration:

    1. Periodic site visits to ensure construction conforms to construction documents

    3. Respond to contractors' requests for information
